Threadstone was founded by Kate Miller and Lucia Norton to do something straightforward: bring genuinely senior advisory to pharma commercial organizations without the overhead, rigidity, or distance of a large consulting structure.
Between us, we bring deep backgrounds on both the consulting and agency sides of omnichannel - Kate in pharma commercial strategy and AI advisory, Lucia in large-scale omnichannel practice leadership. We work as partners to clients, not as a managed vendor relationship.
